How Can I remove Device From My Drive

My Drive 25 was stolen from my car. I have replaced it with a Start 52 but would like to delete the stolen one. How do I do this?

    You can do it yourself in the MyDrive Connect software.

    But I advise you to call the customer service first to report the theft of your Start25.
    It will not be located. However, customer service will probably be able to block updates if your thief wants to use it and will be able to remove it from your account. The Start25 serial number will be required. You will find it in MyDrive Connect.

    2 / In the MyDrive Connect software, log in to your TomTom account.
    The first screen "My devices", click on the device concerned to note the Start25 serial number.
    If you want to delete it by yourself use the symbol "trash".
