Cant find my purchased map...

Hi,

I purchased a map but I cant see the maps on mydrive connect. I see only the original map. When I check the information about my tomtom it says that I have the Europe V865.3243 version. When I connect my tomtom to mydrive connect, it says my tomtom is up to date...

What can I do ?

    Did you log into MyDriveConnect with the same email address/pw used when you purchased the map? The 'content' tab doesn't show the map? What is your model, anyway?
