Start 25 Connecting to a Windows 10 PC to get an update

I have a TomTom Start 25 and no matter what I try (using TomTom's own webpage - I cannot connect to get an update.
Can someone help with this please?

Thanks, I got it sorted now. What a faff! For modern technology this is very poor indeed - it took me 45 mins to get it to connect.0
