    I'm also having the same problem, My camera keeps rotating whilst it's attached to my helmet. How can I get one of these clips please?

    Hi - Does anyone know if these clips are still available? I have the same problem with my Bandit. I have contacted Customer services, but yet to hear back from them.

    I can see that our customer support already set up the Anti Rotation Clip accessory to be sent to you. This will take at least 5-10 business days for the accessory to arrive.

    Well, it actually took a month for my accessory to arrive. Multiple phone calls with customer support and emails as well. Then when it came it stopped the camera rotating but not the rattle! The rattle is from the pinchers on the camera for extracting it from the mount. Upshot of this is that TomTom offered me a full refund. Fair enough... I sent the camera back via UPS on 6/6. It was delivered to the warehouse on 12/6. It is now 18/6 and still no status update despite another phone call and 2 more emails... It still says... "warehouse waiting for parcel". I am happy to draw a line under this saga but this is shockingly slow customer service and I want my money back now!
