Tom Tom MyDrive Connect couldn't be updated

Hi,

I have received an email saying that my map update is ready and I have tried downloading it, but it says that the Tom Tom MyDrive Connect needs to be updated.

I have tried downloading MyDrive Connect apps for Windows from both:

• Download for windows
• Download for XP and Vista

Both showed the same error:


"The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it twice and I still received the same error message. Is there a way to fix this?
