Can´t update Golfer 2 watch

Hi I am not able to update my golfer 2 watch. When i connect the watch it starts to charge, but it´s like the computer is not registre it.
I have had the watch for 2 years now, and only used the gps fix via my Samsung phone.

    Is your watch not recognized by computer or Sports Connect? There's a ongoing issue with the Sports Connect software, please do not make a factory reset on your watch. See the discussion thread here
