GO 520 WiFi connectivity with traffic

Hi All.
My previous TomTom was connected to live updates all the time however on my new 520 after a couple of minutes I get the outline of two cars with an x does this mean Im not connected ?.
Cant find any answers or in the manual to tell me about this.
Anybody help please.

And after 10 minutes? And in an other places? Sometimes, it is the same for me, i must wait a little time.0

Thank you but does not come on at all know matter how long unit on seems not to be connecting to units sim card.0

Most likely you need to connect the Live Traffic to some sort of mobile hotspot. It doesn’t seem to work via the Bluetooth connection as is implied by the manual. Try turning on WiFi tethering / hotspot on your phone and see if that helps. Worth a try?0
