Sending issue- Battery replacement- Bandit
From the beginning :
8 of May the repair of a batterystick(Bandit camera) was taken by Tomtom under the number DER 5481043.
The 4 of June a guy of Tomtom customer care emailed me he will send me back a new batteryitem within 5-10 days. However, he did mention a wrong adressnumber. So I did email him back immediately and informed the Tomtomguy with the right adressnumber. He mailed me back and said sorry, however once again with the same wrong adressnumber.

And once again I send him the right adressnumber. Till now, I get no response. What to do next??
