How do I update my account Country address

The country in my account says UK but I am from Australia. The website wont let me change it and this appears to be the only way I might be able to address the issue as the website is totally oriented to technical questions about various devices.

    Contact (email link) Customer Services to update your account (they are the only ones who can)
