sync my device to my android smart phone- GO 6200

I have tried to plan multi drops on my phone with my drive app I can plan it on my phone but wont sync with my device tomtom 6200 professional

    yes followed all the instructions all it says stop sync

    Did you get an answer to this? I have exactly the same problem with a Professional 6250 set-up to use for a truck: multi-drop routes with MyDrive (web or app) do not sync. I use the iPhone version of MyApp.

    I have been told the only option is to export and sync the multi-stop route as a track. Of course, this means that all the dynamic functionality of the device is then useless (e.g. traffic update re-routing, automatic re-routing if diverted, changes to the planned route).

    The product manual explains (p42) how to do this but it simply does not work.
