When I try to load my iTunes playlist to my TomTom Spark+Music, the TomTom app shows there are not available playlists. I have searched through the other postings and cannot find anything that helps.

I have the same issue. My iTunes is on my Mac and the music files are on a NAS (Time Capsule). When I copy the playlist link, it seems to be online. I have spent much time on helpline with TomTom, trying various 'manual' ways of making it happen. Still no luck. Can someone help please? All I want is a few tunes for when I'm running!
