of course it sucks, everything Tomtom does sucks when it comes to customer service. I love everything about my Mazda except the satnav.
In total my car spent over 3 weeks in the garage with satnav issues and zero days for mechanical issues. Speed cameras failing to be reported was the main issue. This went on for months and months before a software patched helped reduce the frequency of failure, although it still happens once every few months.
Whats worse is I have a 10 year old standalone TomTom that cost a fraction of what I paid for the NB1 and it never had any issues. Mazda and Tomtom really messed up with this joint venture.

Welcome to the forum:)
TomTom HOME route planner has been discontinued so sending routes to your Mazda NB1 through this website had been discontinued.
Sorry about the inconvenience.
The new MyDrive website can be used to plan and send routes only to the new range of TomTom devices.
Regards
Vikram
