G0 520 Update - Postcode search issue

I did the update last week when it became available. But since then I've had also sorts of the Post Code failures (I'm a delivery driver for one of the UK supermarkets) Post Codes I went too a month ago without issue can not be found by my G520 now. The unit seems even more reliant on my phone signal, so if my phone looses it signal (I live and work in Norfolk & Suffolk) so phone signal can not be relied on. It's also like the unit has a sim in now but that is not true. Today I disconnected my both hotspot & bluetooth and tried to use it independently but that make no difference still couldn't find post codes it found a month ago.
any help please

    Hi

    Check in your settings to see what the Search setting is .

    If it is set to Step by step change it to Quick Search. This usually cures Post Code search problems.

    Check and it is set to quick search. Just as bad today. Seems it will find a post code via my phone my old garmin use to somehow store post codes I’m guessing this does as well so is the phone link over ridding stored information?
