Hi, I can not find any mail to contact customers support (if it is possible for Czech Republic - for better , in English we are ). We have problem with satelit connection - the screen is gray and GPS is trying to find some satelit. We are not connected and we do not know what to do and how to connect again .

    Is the battery fully charged in your device? Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    Thank you for your answer.

    YES the battery is full, we made reset several times - without succes. We made software updates and it did not help :-)
    Once we saw the error 148.
    We can see that we are not connected to satelit but we do not know how to repair it. Do you know some advice?

    Support will need to reactivate your SIM card. It might take 2nd level or a manager to do it.
