Error messages when placing orders for services and accesories

I have never been able to place an order for either services or accessories. Keep getting unknown error message. site is worthless if you can't complete a transaction. Anyone else have this problem?

    Contact Customer Services on Monday to see what is the exact problem with your account that is generating this type of error. Also should be able to place to order direct so have your card handy ;)
