i have recently updated my tomtom topgear go live 820 satnav and have lost Jeremy Clarksons voice. please can you add his voice to my account so i can have it back. i brought this satnav because it was unique to topgear and without his voice this satnav is no-longer a "special" satnav. thank you

As this is a user forum, get in touch with Customer Services to arrange replacement, first try a to do a soft reset, you will loose nothing, it is like rebooting your computer and reloads all the new files from an update.
A soft reset :- with your device charged for at least 2Hrs "OR" have the device plugged into a power supply; press and hold your on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound (or the TomTom hands symbol appears) then release the on/off button. Make sure you are outside and have a clear view of the sky (satellites)

Many years ago the BBC stopped Tomtom from selling the Top Gear Edition, they were allowed to sell the remaining stocks, but with conditions

I dont think you will find the voice is available from Tomtom

Just did an update on my top gear edition (in May 2018) and lost Jeremy's voice. I called the help desk number 020 79490134, and spoke to a very helpful lady who put an update on my account with Clarksons voice, which I uploaded to my device................and all sorted.
So Jeremy Clarksons voice is definitely still available!

I had to tell them I had an original Top Gear edition, so Clarksons voice may only be available if you had from the start?0
