Live service apparently does not work in Italy (except sending me to faster alternative routes)

Just before leaving on holiday to Italy , I bought the renewing of my Live-service.
In Belgium it works fine.
In France partially (due to traffic camera-restrictions).
In Italy Live shows nothing... Empty side-bar all the time , even when traffic jams. But (pluspoint) : it sends me to faster alternative routes.
Reason(s)...?

Well, it certainly should have shown Live Traffic in Italy. See the list here:

As by miracle , I saw yesterday (22Mai2018) that the Live-indication was working on the highway in Italy (autostrada del sole)
so : problem solved , this topic may be closed. ???0
