got live traffic- Traffic update services not working GO6200 WiFi

got go professional 6200 it isn't giving me notice of delays like in the red... even when I'm in the jam. have the live traffic updates installed

    If you haven't done so already, I would try a soft reset. Press and hold the power on/off button until you hear the drum roll, then let go. I also had a problem with traffic not being updated and in my case, it seemed to be as a result of downloading mapshare data. I now only download one update at a time and do a soft reset in between each. I also do a soft reset at the end of each day's use of the device (maybe overkill, but it doesn't do any harm). So far so good.
