No option to upload trails

hi, i go to "planning" and then click "upload trail" on the website and click on the .gpx file i wish to upload but nothing happens on the site and also after i sync my watch.

please advise,

    nevermind, i converted it to .kml and then re-converted to .gpx and the website accepted it.. go figure....

    Nearly just bought a Garmin 3 HR lol
