Phone notifications not working- RUNNER 3 + Cardio

I bought a tomtom runner 3 + cardio and got an iphone 7. I was able to do the pairing but I can not receive notifications of messages and calls. Anyone knows if iphone is not compatible?

    All you will get for notifications are those from the native phone and text apps, not third-party apps (like Facebook messenger or What's App). And all you get is single notification alert on a single screen, you cannot scroll through to recall missed ones or interact with it in any way. It essentially just telling you to look at your phone.

    i can’t see any notifications, neither the simple messages nor calls. Maybe its a swatch problem.
