Can't play my music on the TomTom Runner 3 Music.

I can't play my music on my recently bought runner 3 cardio music. I created a playlist in Windows media player. Then it shows up in my tomtom connect app and after i put it on my watch I see my own named playlist on the screen. But it doesn't start playing the music. i am using normal .mp3 files. Can someone help me? Please.

I've got the same problem!! I can connect with hearings, I can see the title of the song on my watch but it doesn't plat it... rubbish...0

Solved the problem. When you want to connect to your hearings., you have to disconnect the bluetooth connection of your phone and watch. So after that you can connect to the hearings and you can play the songs on your playlist.abaszka wrote:I've got the same problem!!
