Purchased Map Did Not Show up for Update, Want a Refund

I recently purchased the LATAM map for my TomTom, order number 407196730. Despite multiple attempts to download it to my device from several computers it never showed up in my account. The charge did go through on my credit card.

I want my money back, but there is no email or phone number to contact them. Only a UK number for public relations inquiries.
