GO 750-not showing the weight and height limits

My husband has had this for a couple of years now. The charger stopped working so he bought a new one, however now it is not showing the weight and height limits, he's a lorry driver so needs this.
Cant find anything in the options to change the settings?
Anyone any ideas please?

    What are the first two characters of the serial number as the 1GB and 2GB versions of the GO 750 have been declared 'End of Life' (see https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/obsolete-products/ )

    "W2">GO 750 LIVE, 4GB + micro-SDHC, TomTom HOME NAV2
    "W4">GO 750 LIVE, 2GB + micro-SDHC, TomTom HOME NAV2 Eol
    "W6">GO 750, 4GB + micro-SDHC, TomTom HOME NAV2
    "W7">GO 750, 2GB + micro-SDHC, TomTom HOME NAV2 Eol
    "W8">GO 750, 1GB + micro-SDHC, TomTom HOME NAV2 EoL

    As only a trucker map will allow the entry of weight and height limits

    Its W7 but this has been giving him weight and height for about the last 3 years! That's why I cant understand why it has suddenly stopped?
