go 5100 PC connection issue
My Drive Connect is only maintaining a connection with the Go 5100 for around 20 seconds. A message then appears within the Connect software asking to connect the GO5100
The screen on the GO 5100 still says that it is connected to the computer.
If I disconnect the USB cable from the PC and reconnect, the GO connects to the PC again, but only for a further 20 secs.
Does anyone now how to resolve this connection issue?
