Runner: automatically went to the stopwatch model and into endless loop

bought the GPS watch: runner just one year before, started since last month, after used the stopwatch model during swimming, I stopped it and put it back to clock model. But, about a couple minutes later, it automatically went into the stopwatch model again, and I couldn't stop it ,and had nothing to do with the watch. I had to wait the battery completely gone, then after recharged it, it could be back to normal.

This issue happen many times recently. Don't know if it's still under warranty. Couldn't find the support contact info once it first time happened.
Just would like to ask that anyone has the same issue, how can I get it fix?

    Warranty coverage depends on your country. At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, select Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
