Hello,
I got a mail to update for live services. I logged in, I went to my account. I filled in the required data. All the time the answer of TOMTOM was: failure. Maybe it was that I have TOMTOM live 825 and not 820 as in the list. But the SN number was allright.
So, I plugged in my TOMTOM 825 in my computer, got the same 820 but also with my SN. But this time I could pay. Now I had to pay 10 euro more.
WHY OH WHY is it always difficult with TOMTOM. Wrong type+good SN! Paid too much also.

Be aware there is one 825 model considered End of Life; "FY">GO LIVE 825, 2GB + micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect NAV3 Eol
Best when you call that you do not reply with a model when prompted in order for a live agent to respond.0 -
Hello,
So, why then do I get a message to renew if my 825 is outdated ?
I never got any mail from TomTom that the 825 is outdated.
So, did I pay 49.95€ for nothing?
What is this?
