Problems purchasing speed camera updates for my start 60

I have 3 satnavs on my account but want to buy speed camera updates for my start 60
but whenever i try to checkout i get the message that an unknown error has occured. Has anyone else had this or does anyone know how to get around this?

    Think that might be a call to Customer Services on Monday to sort out your account status for each device, and then proceed to purchase of the speed cameras for the right device.
