How do I get a quick current Heart Rate reading from my Runner 2?

As per the title, really: I've not found a straightforward way of getting a quick heart rate reading from my watch. How can I get that?

    It is not always reading your HR so you can not get an instant HR (for 24/7 tracking it takes a one second reading every 10 minutes). You can either go to Sensors>Heart and it will display it there or go to a sports activity start screen and it will show it there.

    Perfect, thanks. I hadn't realised that it was doing anything. You just need to wait for a few seconds...
