MySports not reading data from Apple health

I have seen a lot of posts about Apple Health not getting data from MySports, but they all seem to imply that MySports is successfully getting data from Apple Health.

For me, not so. For some reason steps recorded with Apple Health (iPhone 7) just doesn't show in the MySports app.

    Do you have Apple Health turned on in the app? This needs to be enabled as well. I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

    Yup - its all connected. Whats interesting is that it was showing steps throughout the say on MySports (the watch was charging at home) and it got me excited. But then when I got home and it synced with the watch, all that data disappeared. So there is definitely something wrong or something I’m doing wrong

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
