TomTom Sports Connect Attempting to transfer

Hi,
I did a run on 8-Apr and on connecting my watch to the pc, the app froze at "Syncing". No web pages opened so I closed the app. My run did upload to mysports but it did not export to strava. The settings tab showed that there was 1 transfer waiting so I clicked on "transfer" and now it just sits at "attempting to transfer".

There was no run from 8-Apr but that in the [serial number] folder there is a file with a number against it. There is also no .ttbin file.

Is there something wrong with the tomtom servers that is causing this issue? This is the first time encountering this issue after 1 year of usage.

    It was probably a one-time failure and there may have been bad data in the file. If you can access it on MySports you can download a fit or tcx file and manually upload that to get it on Strava.
