Returning a product USB cable that doesn't work XXL device

We recently ordered a power cord for our TomTom XXL. The service was great but unfortunatly the cord we received didn't fit our TomTom. I require an address that I can return this product to so that I can receive a credit to my account.

We live in British Columbia, Canada. Any help would be aprreciated.
