Cycling and indoor cycling options don't work or take too long to start in my tomtom Runner 3. I have tried a couple of times and the outdoor cycling works sometimes, but it takes a few feet before it starts counting the activity. for the indoor cycling I have used it once (last week) and it didn't work at all after 45 min. of activity.

Does anybody knows a tip for those two options to work properly?

Thank you in advance!

Indoor cycling will not work unless you have a speed/cadence sensor or have the sensor option turned off under settings. It will not start if it is set to On but it cannot detect a sensor. Go to Sensor>Bike>Off and press right to save. You will get time, HR and calories, but no speed or distance (as it has no way of knowing what that was). Outdoor cycling uses GPS but again if you have it set for Sensor>Bike>On without a sensor it will delay while looking for it.

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
