I have bought and installed a voice, but it is not showing up on my device.

I have bought, then installed but cant find it on the device, and it is saying on mydrive that is is fully upto date. Can anyone advice where the voice is I bough please?

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. See if the voice is listed then.
