Connecting to My Drive

Hi, I am trying to add my Rider410 to 'My Drive Connect' but the screen says my device is being added but it doesn't complete. I have left the PC running hours and hours and also overnight but still no luck.
What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the community
Could be a AV or Firewall blocking the connection? Please check this..
I would also recommend that you do a soft reset, and then try connecting the device to the computer.
