CANT SEE UP TO DATE ROUNDS

i have updated my golfer 2 but when i sync with my phone Samsung J5 phone i only get rounds that are from last year 2017 i cant see any of the rounds i have done in 2018 total 10 rounds on my phone can anyone help me please.

    Can you check if the rounds are listed as activities on the Sports website?

    i have know done a factory reset and lost all my rounds .
    i have also downloaded the new my sports on my phone. i need to go and play a new round of golf and hopefully it will load the round after this .

    i think that tom tom does not give give enough to the golf watch i'am not interested it the other parts of the app like heart rate etc,

    do you also know when the update for stapleford and handicap will be released?

    Hi Dodger,

    maybe there was a broken activity file on your watch blocking it. From now on the mobile app should upload your rounds to the cloud again from where it reads them.

    Sorry, no plans for Stableford or handicap.
