I purchased a new GPS device when I go to TomTom home it will not recognize my new device I don't not have a second email address is there any way to delete an old device and get your new device recognized?

    For your new device you need MyDriveConnect, get that from here https://us.support.tomtom.com/app/product_select/locale/en_US

    With that you can now have several devices using the same email address :)

    Thank you for your reply I like using TomTom home more than connect is there a way to delete your device and TomTom home and get your new device recognized thank you much in advance

    No. Your device MUST use MyDriveConnect.
