TomTom MyDrive Connect does not recognize my device in High Sierra

Hi all,

I have tried with two different macs to update my tomtom go live 1005 to the latest map. In one mac, I have updated from an older version to the newest mydrive connect. In the second, I did a clean install. Both of them do not recognize my tomtom go live 1005.

Do you have an idea how to fix?
