Pairing the watch

Please assist my Tom Tom runner 3 is not pairing with my P10 phone.

    Hi SandileX,

    Welcome to the Community!

    There is no Runner 3 watch linked to your email address, it is Runner (1st generation). Can you please try to remove the existing Bluetooth connections from your smartphone before pairing and try again? See the Public FAQ here: Android

    If you do not see a keypad on your phone when you are asked to enter the pin code and the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset on your Sports watch.
