Order 40xxxxx - can it be canceled?

Hi!
I have an old TomTom XL IQ Routes. Yesterday, without propper checking, i bought the new maps for DE. It was only today when i noticed that my device is too old and the order was for nothing.
How can i cancel it? Can you please advise?
