Traffic information not working

Traffic info no longer works, seems to have been since upgrade to Android 8

    I've had the same problems. uninstalling and reinstalling did not work. eventually i switched off my phone, removed the memory card and booted the phone. Reinstalled tt go mobile. The app crashed right away. Restarted the app. I received an error, because tt could not find a memory card and asked if i wanted to reset the app. I did and now averything works fine again.

    using a Sony Xperia XZ Premium with Android Oreo (8)

    I have the same problem since v1.12. No traffic, no speedcam.

    I am having the same problem. I wiped out my phone, worked for a little. then stopped working again.

    TomTom does not use BT correctly and I am sure that is a problem with it.

    This thread has nothing to do with Bluetooth at all.
