Start60 Failed Update using mydrive connect

I have had a failed update that has left my Start60 with a corrupted Europe map, it just shows the map of N.America. I have run the update for several hours and it goes back to 0% and stays there! It won't allow me to download the map on it's own and goes straight back to 0% were it stays!
I have now got a useless device! Can anybody help please!:sob:
