TomTom Bandit Studio won't start

Hi, I've a problem with TT Bandit Studio,
was working until some months ago, today tried to start without results.
Tried to unistall (completally with 'Revo) and install again, but nothing.
The installation process seems to work proprely.
The Cam firmware is the latest one.
PLease Help

the app "tomtom bandit companion32.exe" start in background
O.S. Windows 7 64bit
4Gb ram
when try to execute "tomtom bandit studio.exe" , the app appear for some seconds il task manager... then disappear
