Brought a Tomtom in dubai...got it home, set it up to then find out Dubai isn’t on here. Go to tomtom website ad find out I have pay another £90 to get the map for the country I live in! Can someone explain to me how you can sell a product in a country that you technically can’t use without them paying an addition fee?

    Where did you purchase the device? Retail outlet, eBay etc?

    Did you check which map was pre-installed?

    I had a quick look at your account and I see there is no device linked.

    I would recommend that you please contact customer service with the serial number as they should be able to help you better.
