Unknown reports with vibrating watch: concentric circles and broad down arrow

Hey
Since a couple of weeks I got more and more (sometimes every five minute) unknown reports while my watch is vibrating: concentric circles and a broad down arrow on the screen..
In the manual (version 2.0) I cannot find any information about this reports.
So can anybody explain to me what these reports mean and how I can suppress these reports.

You are in a training mode and it is telling you when you are in the zone (bullseye) or out of the zone (arrow). You need to press down from the activity start screen and select Training>None to turn it off.
