Not to be repaire GO LIVE 1005

I have bought a TT GO LIVE 1005 M EU FREE LTM IN 2914. Nr. ST-xxxxxxx17 art. nr. 113653. Is now 4 years old, but cannot get it connected with my PC. The TT cannot be repaired but i just bought a new LIVE SERVICES for the amount of € 40,00. Can i get it back, because it cannot be loaded into my TT. Please revert a.s.a.p. or must i buy a new TT?

    Thanks for reply, but tel. to Amsterdam takes more than 15 minutes waiting time. Thats too long.
