Lifetime Maps/Traffic

I have an XL350 that never had lifetime maps and traffic activated. The best I could do was install ONE map. My code comes up with an error. I can't find ANYWHERE to enter the lifetime map/traffic code. I can't contact TomTom because apparently they don't want you to e-mail or bother them with pesky questions. How do I get my lifetime maps/traffic short of involving the Attorney General with a complaint?

    Think you may have left it too late as that device has been declared "End of Life", so there will be no more updates, see https://us.support.tomtom.com/app/topic/name/end-of-life

    Contact Customer Services to confirm
    Be aware when you phone Customer Services do NOT say what device you have until you are actually talking to a representative.

    This because TomTom are trying to filter out calls for devices that they no longer support for repairs and will point you back to the forum to find an answer :(
