Blank Screen on the RUNNER 3 watch

After 2 months of working well - my runner 3 now keeps going into a blank screen. It is working and tracking runs while the screen is blank.

I have reset it x3 and charged it up but it keeps switching to a blank screen. the screen comes back if I plug it in.

Any thoughts and advice I would be very grateful.

    If you have already tried a factory reset, at this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
