Hi
I have just purchased this TomTom from my local charity shop. It is asking me to enter my password so it seems that the previous owner did not clear the device before donating it.
Does anyone know how I can get around this so I can use it and clear their details please?
I've tried holding my finger on the button for 30 seconds but it just reloads to the same screen asking for the password.

This is unofficial and may not work.......
Get Home at tomtom.com/getstarted and install.
Connect the device to the computer.
With the device connected, completely uninstall Home from the computer.
Restart the device.0 -
