Tom Tom Start 20 M cannot be updated , tried the solution out of FAQ , does not work , Windows 10 laptop does no longer see my Tom Tom Start 20 M , no other solution offred , no email address where I can ask for support , no telephone number .
Do not know what else to do .

I log in from the Netherlands , then no phonenumber is shown , but somebody else gave me the support number for the Netherlands , thank you for responding though .0

It is solved eventually by this link : https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/16339, but the instructions are not completely correct .
After I performed a soft reset of the TomTom device without being logged into My drive connect and logged into Mydrive connect after this Soft reset , it got finally connected , so maybe that did the trick .0
