finding heart rate?

1) In your TomTom my activity, how do you view your heart rate from a run? Nowhere does the site seem to present that, which seems like it makes having a HR Runner not worthwhile.
2) From the HR Runner, can you view your run history and see heart rate there? Again I can't find and seems worthless having a heart rate monitor that can be viewed

On the watch, go back into the activity start screen, press up and you will see a list of the last 10 activities of that type. Select the one you want and you will see average HR on the list. I'm the MySports site, go to the Activities tab, select the activity and all the information is listed there.

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

    Hi, tfarabaugh

Thanks for the reply. I followed your suggestions but neither my watch nor the MySports site show any heartrate detail.

    On the watch....
The only stats presented are Minutes, Mileage, /min Pace, and Cal burned. No heart rate info.

    On MySports site....
Viewing the activity the site presents the same data as above along with Ascent elevation, Stride/Rate, and I can select Splits tab to view times of different splits. Again no heart rate info.

The heart rate sensor is turned on, just does not appear to work.

    Any additional thoughts or suggestions??

At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
